The Committee on Justice recommends the Parliament to adopt the Bill on Amendments to several Legislative Acts regarding Expert Support of Justice in the Criminal Cases

The primary
purpose of the bill (Reg. No. 8084) is to strengthen criminal procedural and
criminal legislation of Ukraine to harmonize it with the modern requirements
for expert support of justice which are based on the Constitution of Ukraine,
the Law "On Forensic Enquiry", and the practice of law enforcement.
The Committee members believe that the Code of Criminal Procedure and the Criminal Code of Ukraine should be amended to meet the modern requirements of the expert support of justice.
