Under the bill (Reg. No.8324), the Cabinet of Ministers performs state regulation of the grain market, using the regime of licensing of export (import) of grain and conversion products, and fixing quotas distributed at an auction. The funds received from the sale of quotas at an action shall be allotted to support the agricultural sector.
The bill was drafted to regulate licensing of export (import) of grain and conversion products and sale of quotas on export/import of grain and conversion products at an auction. The People´s Deputies believe that sale of quotas and use of the funds to support domestic agricultural producers will strengthen governmental support of the agricultural sector.
