The following Laws were adopted:
1. "On Central Executive Power Bodies." The Law sets the fundamental goals, principals and organization of the activity of central executive power bodies, their types, structure, authorities, place in the system of executive power bodies, and social security of the personnel;
2. "On Amendments to the Law of Ukraine "On Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine" (re Authorities). The primary purpose of the Law is to introduce a more effective legal regulation of issues on activity of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine and Ministries as members of the Government. The Law liquidates the institute of governmental bodies in the system of ministries, as well as the governmental committees in the system of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine. Furthermore, it is planned that the First Deputy Minister, Deputy Minister of Ukraine according to the Decree of the President shall head the ministry. It changes certain authorities of the Prime Minister of Ukraine, and introduces novelties in the activity of the Secretariat of the Cabinet of Ministers;
3. "On Amendments to the Law "On the Legal Treatment of Property of the Armed Forces of Ukraine" (re Streamlining of Military Property Utilization). The Law defines the term "military property utilization", and sets the procedure of utilization, its financial support and control over its course. Under the Law, "military property utilization is performance of the organizational, scientific, technical, economic, environmental, antiepidemic and other works to process military property and renovate its components, i.e. assemblies, systems, units or elements that can be used for the purpose specified or can be alienated after repair or modernization";
4. "On Amendments to the Law "On State Social Aid to the Persons not entitled to Pension, and the Persons with Disabilities" (re State Social Assistance for the Disabled War Veterans). The Law sets the equal rate of the state social assistance for the disabled war veterans from among the veterans of the Great Patriotic War 1941-1945 and the War with Imperialist Japan in 1945, irrespective of the Law, under which the pension was allocated;
5. "On Amendments to the Law "On Electric Power Engineering" (re Enhancement of Legislation on Electric Power Engineering concerning Determination and Delineation of Responsibility of Subjects). Under the Law, "an electric installation is a complex of inter-connected facilities and premises used for production or transformation, transmission, distribution or consumption of electric energy";
6. "On Amendments to the Law "On Implementation of Resolutions and Use of Practice of the European Court for Human Rights." The Law improves the norms of the effective legislation regulating the executive decisions and use of practice of the European Court for Human Rights;
7. "On Amendments to Clause 143 of the Family Code of Ukraine" (regarding Obligation of a Father to take a Child from the Maternity Home). The Law states that a natural father who is not married is obliged to take a child from the maternity home or other health care establishment, if a mother failed to do it;
8. "On Amendments to several Legislative Acts of Ukraine regarding State Social Aid to the Low-Income Families and Persons with Disabilities." The Law strengthens state support of the persons disabled from childhood, low-income families who bring up the children with disabilities, lonely and low-income persons with disabilities, and caretakers of the persons with disabilities. The Law raises the rate of state social aid to the low-income families who bring up the children with disabilities;
9. "On Amendments to the Law "On Welfare Payments to the Families with Children" (re Payment of Maternity Grant). The Law fixes the maternity grant for the first child at the level of 30 rates of a minimum level subsistence; for the second child - 60 rates of a minimum level subsistence; for the third and each successive child - 120 rates of a minimum level subsistence;
10. "On Amendments to Clause 2 of the Law "On Insurance" (re Abolition of the Requirement for Re-Insurance only in the WTO Member States). Under the Law, "in case of re-insurance, the requirement concerning membership of the state of insurer-non-resident´s registration in the World Trade Organization is not applied";
11. "On Amendments to Clause 4 of the Law "On the Order of Departure from Ukraine and Entry to Ukraine of the Citizens of Ukraine" (re Execution of Documents for Departure from the Country). The Law presents a new version of paragraph 3 of part 1 of clause 4 of the Law "On the Order of Departure from Ukraine and Entry to Ukraine of the Citizens of Ukraine", whereby diplomatic institutions of Ukraine are authorized to issue a passport of a citizen of Ukraine to the citizens of Ukraine who reside abroad permanently or temporarily and reached 16 years of age;
12. "On Amendments to the Clause 17 of the Law "On Pharmaceutical Products" (regarding Import Regulations for Pharmaceutical Products). The Law amends the effective legislation, stating that unregistered pharmaceutical products are allowed to be imported to the customs territory of Ukraine for the medical maintenance of foreign subdivisions (without the right for sale) that are permitted to stay in the territory of Ukraine for the participation in the international military trainings and during their transit through the territory of Ukraine;
13. "On Amendments to Clause 38 of the Law of Ukraine "On Veterinary Medicine" (re Re-Registration and Issue of the Permit Copy). Under the Law, if the veterinary-sanitary measures are taken, a permit shall be issued within 30 working days since the receipt of a respective appeal. If the issue of permit is denied, the legal entities and sole proprietors shall be notified in a written form within 30 working days since the receipt of an appeal on permit issue;
14. "On Amendments to several Legislative Acts of Ukraine" regarding Enhancement of the Order of Storage and Mailing of Registration Cases of Legal Entities and Sole Proprietors. The Law specifies the order of storage and mailing of the registration cases of the legal entities and sole proprietors, and establishes administrative responsibility for the violation of the established order. Violation of the established order of storage and mailing of the registration cases of the legal entities and sole proprietors entails the fine at the rate of sixty-eighty non-taxable incomes;
15. "On Amendments to Clause 11 of the Law "On Municipal Electric Transport" (re Implementation of Standard-Term Contract on Organization and Rendering of Transport Services). The Law supplements clause 11 of the effective Law with the principles, whereby the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine is authorized to adopt the Standard-Term Contract on Organization and Rendering of Transport Services;
16. "On Moratorium on the Change of Target Purpose of Recreation Lands in Cities and other Population Centers." The Law imposes a moratorium on change of target purpose of recreation lands. It charges executive power bodies and local self-government bodies with development of recreation territories;
17. "On Social Adaptation of Persons who served a Sentence in the Form of a Supervised Release or Imprisonment for a Certain Term". The Law sets the fundamentals of social adaptation of persons who served a sentence in the form of a supervised release or imprisonment for a certain term, the principles of participation of the enterprises, establishments, organizations, public associations, and individuals in the social adaptation of such persons, and regulates the relations to support realization of legitimate rights and liberties of such persons;
18. "On Amendments to the Code on Administrative Infringements of Ukraine" (re Authorities of the Officials of the Military Service of Law and Order in the Armed Forces of Ukraine). The Law regulates the authorities of the officials of the Military Service of Law and Order in the Armed Forces of Ukraine by the detention and drawing up of the administrative protocols concerning military servants, persons liable for military service, reservists on training, and the personnel of the Armed Forces. The Law amends the Code on Administrative Infringements of Ukraine in part of the infringements, when the officials of the Military Service of Law and Order in the Armed Forces of Ukraine are authorized to draw up administrative protocols and place the persons concerned in administrative detention;
19. "On Amendments to certain Legislative Acts of Ukraine" (regarding Jurisdiction over a Dispute). The Law sets the territorial jurisdiction of administrative cases on appeal against the resolutions of the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine concerning the appeals on violation of laws on the governmental procurement. The Law also amends the Code of Administrative Legal Proceedings of Ukraine and the Law "On Governmental Procurement";
20. "On Amendments to several Laws of Ukraine" (re Cancellation of the Ticket to the Driving License, and Strengthening of the Traffic Safety). The Law amends clause 15 of the Law "On Traffic" to exclude the ticket to the driving license from the list of documents certifying the right to drive the vehicles of particular category. The Law also amends the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Infringements to strengthen the traffic safety.

"On the Report of the Interim Inquiry Panel of The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine set up to investigate Legitimacy of Resolutions of the National Television and Radio Broadcasting Company of Ukraine regarding Organization of Competition and Determination of Winners of the Competition for the Receipt (Re-Registration) of Broadcast Licenses with the Use of Frequencies in 2005-2010";
"On Amendments to the Resolution of The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine "On Election of Heads, First Deputy Heads, Deputy Heads, Secretaries and Members of The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Committees, and Election of Head, Deputy Heads, Secretaries and Members of The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Ad Hoc Supervisory Panel";
"On setting up an Interim Inquiry Panel of The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine to investigate Signing of the Gas Agreements between "Naftohaz Ukrainy" National Joint Stock Company and "Gazprom" Open Joint Stock Company as to the Signs of High Treason in the Sphere of Economic Security of Ukraine";
"On Celebration of the 130th Anniversary of Birth of Oleksandr Bohomolets, Prominent Ukrainian Medical Researcher";
"On Celebration of the 120th Anniversary of Birth of Prominent Writer Mykhailo Bulhakov."
Several resolutions on appointment and dismissal of judges were adopted.
Several bills were adopted as a basis, recommitted, rejected, withdrawn.
