The Law specifies the order of storage and mailing of the registration cases of the legal entities and sole proprietors, and establishes administrative responsibility for the violation of the established order. 

 

Violation of the established order of storage and mailing of the registration cases of the legal entities and sole proprietors entails the fine at the rate of sixty-eighty non-taxable incomes.
