The Law amends the Customs Tariff of Ukraine to fix zero-rates of incentive and full rates of import duty on buckwheat (commodity heading 1008 10 00 00 of the Ukrainian Classification of Goods for Foreign Economic Activity) instead of the applicable 20-per-cent tariff duty.
