The Committee on Legislative Support of Law Enforcement recommends The Verkhovna Rada to adopt the Bill on Private Detective (Search) Activity

The bill (Reg. No. 6288) sets the legal and organizational principles of private detective activity of the individual detectives and legal entities detective agencies.

 

The author states that adoption of the bill will regulate private detective (search) activity as a complex of non-governmental actions to improve realization of constitutional human rights and freedoms, and protect legitimate rights and interests of the legal entities.
