The Committee on Fighting Organized Crime and Corruption recommends the Parliament to adopt the Bill on the Fundamentals of Corruption Counteraction in Ukraine in the Second Reading and in its Entirety

The bill (Reg. No. 7487) sets the fundamentals
of corruption counteraction in the public and private spheres of social
relations; regulates reimbursement of losses or damage inflicted by corruptive
infringements, restoration of violated rights, freedoms or interests of
individuals, rights or interests of legal entities, and interests of the state.
The bill amends the Criminal Procedural Code of Ukraine, the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Infringements, the Criminal Code of Ukraine, and the Law "On Civil Service."
