The Committee on Justice recommends the Parliament to adopt the Bill on Amendments to several Legislative Acts of Ukraine (re Unification of the Procedural Legislation and its Harmonization with the Constitution of Ukraine)

No.7371) is to unify the procedural legislation and harmonize the Law "On the Constitutional Court of Ukraine" with the Constitution of Ukraine in part of compulsory countersign of the Decree of the President on appointing an individual to the office of the Constitutional Court judge as envisaged by part four of clause 106 of the Fundamental Law; correct legal deficiencies in the Law "On Judicial Proceedings and the Status of Judge" regarding judges´ rewards,  after-payments and duration of employment; unify the procedural laws as to the third persons with personal claims to the object of dispute.

 

The bill amends the Code of Administrative Legal Procedure, the Code of Civil Procedure, the Code of Economic Procedure, and the Laws "On Judicial Proceedings and Status of Judge" and "On the Constitutional Court of Ukraine."

 

The People´s Deputies called for correcting legal deficiencies and conflict of laws, unifying the procedural legislation and harmonizing several laws of Ukraine with the Constitution of Ukraine. They also expressed a number of remarks to the bill.
