On Friday morning, Volodymyr Lytvyn, Chairman of The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, is going to sign and register the bill on amendments to the Standing Orders of The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine concerning introduction of personal voting by means of a touch key.
