Namely, the Committee defined the bill on amendments
to several Laws of Ukraine regarding regulation of markets of financial
services (Reg. No. 7511) as such that complies with the EU Law. The bill amends
the Laws "On Finance Service and State Regulation of the Finance Service
Market" and "On State Regulation of Securities Market in Ukraine."
The Committee members explained that the bill as a subject of legal regulation is referred to the sphere of finance service that is regulated in the EU by the Seventh Directive of the Council of Europe 83/349/ЄЕС, Directive of the European Parliament and Council of Europe2004/39/ЄС on supplementary supervision for the credit unions, insurance companies and investment funds that are part of the finance conglomerate, the EU Directive 2006/48/ЄС on foundation and sctivity of credit unions.
The Committee defined the bill on amendments to certain legislative acts of Ukraine regarding regulation of the functions of state supervision bodies in electrical energy industry (Reg. No8152).
The Committee stated that the bill as a subject of legal regulation is referred to the energy industry sphere, including nuclear energy, legal relationship of which is regulated by the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union, Directive 2003/54/ЄС of the European Parliament and Council regarding reorganization of the companies system regarding taxation of energy products and electric energy.
