The Committee on Justice upholds the Bill on Court Fee

No. 7530) regulates court fee administration; defines the concepts of a court fee, payers, and objects of court fee administration; sets the rates of fee, privileges for payment of court fee, the grounds for postponement of court fee or its payment in installments, reduction of its rate or exemption from it.

 

The People´s Deputies believe that payment of a higher court fee by appeal to the economic court, then by appeal to the civil court will encourage the economic entities to observe the contractual discipline.
