The Committee on Taxation and Customs Policy recommends the Parliament to refer for Adjustment the Bill on Amendments to several Legislative Acts of Ukraine on Taxation and several Legislative Acts of Ukraine on Operations Regulation

No. 6482) is to arrange equal competitive conditions for the different sectors of financial market, improve the tools of financial leasing operations, eliminate collisions in civil and tax legislation on lease issues, and arrange necessary conditions to attract new investments to Ukraine with the help of leasing mechanisms.

 

The Committee laid emphasis on the timely character of amendments suggested by the authors of the bill to regulate these legal relations.
