The Committee on Agrarian Policy and Land Relations recommends the Parliament to pass the Draft Resolution on the Action for realizing the Constitutional Property Right of the Citizens of Ukraine to Land

Опис : C:\Documents and Settings\Имя\Рабочий стол\3.jpgThe draft resolution (Reg. No. 8044) guarantees and protects the constitutional property right of the citizens of Ukraine to land as one of the main priorities in the activity of the public authorities and local self-government.

 

Under the draft resolution, "given the current stage of the land reform, the President of Ukraine is recommended to take extra action for realizing the constitutional property right of the citizens of Ukraine to land to eradicate such a pressing social problem as poverty."   

 

The Committee members believe that by July 1, 2011, the Government shall develop and ratify the State Target Program to present the action plan for realizing the constitutional property right of the citizens of Ukraine to land. The Cabinet of Ministers shall provide financial support of the actions related to the land reform in Ukraine, inventory of the land stock, and formation of a transparent land market in the years 2012-2020.
