The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted the Law "On Amendments to Chapter ХІ "Final Provisions" of the Law "On Governmental Purchase" (re Support of Uninterruptible Supply of Food in the Armed Forces and Education Establishments)

In 2011, the Law permits:

 

the customers to support uninterruptible supply of food in the armed forces and education establishments by the state funds, conclude the agreements on food services with the economic entities-winners of the purchase procedure in 2009-2010 within the respective budgets till March 31, 2011;

 

the Ministry on Defense of Ukraine provides the above-mentioned economic entities with the fixed property necessary for the food supply on special terms, pursuant to the register defined by the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine;

 

the Ministry on Defense of Ukraine to settle arrears in the food services rendered to the armed forces of Ukraine in 2010, make calculations for actual services under the concluded agreements within the respective budgets.
