The bill (Reg. No. 7365) amends several legislative acts of Ukraine to enhance the laws due to the introduction of a single fee for compulsory state social insurance since January 1, 2011.
The bill envisages that terms ‘insurance fees´ and ‘a single fee for compulsory state social insurance´ shall be used in the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Infringements, the Laws "On Prosecution", "On Research, and Research and Development Activity", "On Restoration of Debtor´s Solvency or Declaration of Bankruptcy", and "On Civil Service."
