The Head of the Ukrainian Parliament stressed that social factor in present difficult times "shall not be one more calalytic agent in separation of Ukraine on East and West, as this topic may raise serious concerns." B. Lytvyn expressed thought that we should refrain from such ‘negative dimension´ especially on the eve of 20th anniversary of Independence.
"We should deal first of all with the problems and issues that would unite our state, consolidate our people", he emphasised and added that the most controversial issues would be solved if "they are moral and responsible on the part of authorities."
