The bill (Reg. No.7525) regulates the relations caused by the state registration of newly-established legal entities and the ones set up in the result of merger, takeover, division or transformation of the central executive body.
The Law "On the State Registration of Legal Entities and Sole Proprietors" is supplemented with a new clause 24-1 defining peculiarities of the state registration of newly-established legal entities and the ones set up in the result of merger, takeover, division or transformation of the central executive body.
Under the bill, state registration of newly-established legal entities and the ones set up in the result of merger, takeover, division or transformation of the central executive body is effected within three days upon enactment of the Act of the President of Ukraine on appointment of the Head of the central executive body.
