The bill (Reg. No.7420) regulates payments for services rendered by the owners of networks, and amends several legislative acts of Ukraine. The document is drafted to receive an extra financial source for the investment part of a tariff on transmission of electrical energy to support implementation of the development program of electrical networks without increasing the retail rate for all the electrical energy consumers.
