Volodymyr Lytvyn, Chairman of The
Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, expects Viktor Yanukovych, President of Ukraine, to
deliver his Annual Address on the Domestic and Foreign Situation of Ukraine at
the Parliament in March.
V.Lytvyn made this statement while staying with a working visit in Cherkasy.
According to the Standing Orders of The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, the Annual Address on the Domestic and Foreign Situation of Ukraine shall be delivered by 31 March 2011. V.Lytvyn expects the President of Ukraine to deliver it by the legally specified deadline.
The Chairman of The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine informed that the document was being prepared, and stated that the Parliament could listen to the Annual Address in any time suitable for the President.
V.Lytvyn expects the Annual Address to be ‘as usually momentous´, as the experts and the international community "carefully analyze every word and emphasis."
