The bill (Reg. No. 6608) sets the territorial jurisdiction of administrative cases on appeal against the resolutions of the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine concerning the appeals on violation of laws on the governmental procurement. The bill also amends the Code of Administrative Legal Proceedings of Ukraine and the Law "On Governmental Procurement."
The Committee members believe that adoption of the bill will enhance the procedure of appeal against the resolutions of the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine concerning the appeals on violation of laws on the governmental procurement.
