The bill (Reg. No. 7110) amends
clauses 142, 149, 150 and 150-1 of the Criminal Code.
The bill amends clause 142 "Illegal Human Study", presenting a new version of part 2 of clause 142:
"Actions mentioned in part one of this clause committed against a minor, two or more persons, by means of compulsion or deceit."
The bill also supplements clause 142 by parts 3 and 4.
The bill amends clause 149 "Trafficking in Humans or other Illegal Agreement concerning People."
The bill also amends clause 150 "Exploitation of Children" and Clause 150-1 "Exploitation of a Child of Tender Years for Begging", cancelling the purpose of gaining income as a compulsory attribute of a mental element in crime.
The Committee members believe that adoption of the bill will enhance struggle with trafficking in humans and exploitation of people, and allow awarding punishment in line with the committed crime, considering the social danger of any crime committed in conspiracy by a group of persons or an organized group.
