The bill (Reg. No.6532) amends the Law "On Protection of Childhood" prohibiting production, storage, advertising, distribution and purchase of items containing child pornography; import, export, transit through the territory of Ukraine, mail-carrying of such items; involvement of children in the production and circulation of products of erotic of sexual character, distribution of such products among children.
In the Law "On Advertising", the bill states, "external advertising (open-type display case, advertising panels, streets etc.) containing texts and (or) pictures of sexual or erotic character is banned." It prohibits the use of images of minors in any formats in the products of sexual or erotic character and conduction of shows of sexual or erotic character.
