"Ukrainian Parliament members share the deep sorrow of the Estonian people due to the tragedy in the children's home in Haapsalu town," the telegram reads.
On behalf of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine and himself, Volodymyr Lytvyn conveyed sincere condolences to the bereaved families and wished rapid recovery to the injured.
