The Law supports the property right of gardeners' partnerships and garden cooperative societies for the common-use lands in their ownership.
The Law presents a new version of clause 35 of the Land Code of Ukraine.
Under the Law, "common-use lands of garden cooperative societies are transferred to their property free of charge on appeal of the cooperative board to the respective executive or local self-government body based on the technical documentation on land surveying and the document certyfying the right on a land plot."
The draft is registered under Reg. No.5282.
