The Committee on European Integration concluded that the Bill on Economic Companies complies with the EU Legislation

No7057) is aimed at the improvement of legislation that regulates relations connected with the activity of economic companies. The bill defines: term ‘economic company´, its types; order of formation, right and obligations of participants; management bodies, legal regime of property of economic entities u economic companies; conditions and grounds to withdraw the economic companies; peculiarities of formation, activity and management of the state economic companies.

The Committee members stressed that the bill doe not contradict clauses 49-62 of the Agreement on Functioning of European Union that envisages a right for economic activity.

 

 In general the bill harmonizes with the legislation of the European Union.
