The Law presents the following version of clause 6-2 of the applicable law (Privileges for the Former Minor Prisoners of the Concentration Camps, Ghettos and other Places of Coercive Detention determined as Persons with Disabilities):
"Former minor (below 14 years of age) prisoners of the concentration camps, ghettos and other places of coercive detention determined as persons with disabilities from general illness, labour injury and other reasons are entitled to the following privileges:
8) unscheduled free-of-charge capital repair of their own accommodation units and apartments, and priority repair of accommodation units and apartments."
The Law comes into force on January 1, 2012.
