The Committee on Transport and Communications recommends the Verkhovna Rada to adopt the Bill on Amendments to Clause 36 of the Law "On Motor Transport" (regarding Release from Compulsory Payment for the Services of Service Stations)

The bill (Reg. No.7465), submitted by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, amends the effective Law "On Motor Transport", releasing the passengers entitled to free fare on motor transport from the compulsory payment for service stations services.

 

According to the People´s Deputies, as several Laws of Ukraine concern the status of persons entitled to benefits, it is reasonable to amend this Law and cancel charges for the veterans.
