The bill (Reg. No7365), submitted by the People´s Deputies of Ukraine V. Khara, O. Shevchuk, T. Ehorenko and O. Stoian is aimed at the optimization of expenses of the funds of compulsory state social insurance, provision of the established legislative guarantees regarding the protection of the citizen´s rights on finance assistance and social services at the full rate, elimination of the legislative collisions, prevention of the abuse on the part of insured persons and elimination of the obstacles in implementation of the single payment for the compulsory state social insurance.
The Committee upheld the bill as its adoption would facilitate efficient work of the funds of compulsory state social insurance, improvement of the legislation, practical implementation of the norms of the Law "On Compulsory State Social Insurance in Case of Work Loss."
