The Law presents a new version of the third sentence of part 4 of Clause 7 of the Law "On Pipeline Transport" that lifts the ban on alienation of the property facilities of the state-owned enterprises of major pipeline transport, Naftohaz Ukrainy National Joint-Stock Company, its affiliates and companies founded with its share, with the aim of their privatization.
