Your distinguished service goes hand in hand with responsibility and danger. At all times, all the difficulties and challenges, the persons in the police uniform personified readiness to help, hope and legal guarantees, protection of human rights and freedoms, criminal counteraction.
Law and order officers devote the knowledge, experience, and professional skills to their service. We shall commemorate by names those who sacrificed their lives for their service and new generations. You should preserve purity of your duties, be governed by legislation in force, public and occupational obligations, being uncompromising while fighting against corruption and service ranks abuse, inattention and disrespect for people.
