Please accept my sincere greetings on the occasion of your occupational holiday the Day of Energy Worker.
Reliable and efficient work of energy sector is the basis of success and progress of the national economy, since it provides for the work of all economic sectors and objects, forms the productive capacity of the State, influences the State security and socio-economic level of the society. Energy independence is a pledge of the State independence, socio-political stability and public welfare.
Modern challenges set off the achievements of Ukrainian energy workers, as well as resources and reserves for the sector development necessary for re-equipment, implementation of innovations, enhancement of reliability and responsibility. I am convinced that you will direct your experience, knowledge, conscientiousness and competence to the achievement of new objectives. On its part, The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine shall exert every effort to provide proper legislative support of the branch, as well as decent social security of every worker.
