Please accept my sincere congratulations on the occasion of occupational holiday.
This period is marked by the numerous transformations in the Ministry on Foreign Affairs of Ukraine from the body with the restricted representative functions to the powerful and essential foreign political department.
I have no doubts that the specialists of the Ministry on Foreign Affairs, diplomatic corps and mission would face all the challenges of the present days with dignity and self-respect. With assistance and active participation of national diplomats, Ukraine is almost ready to sign the Agreement on Association with the EU and established and develops bilateral relations with great number of world parliaments, adjusted constitutive connections with Parliamentary Assembly of European Council, OSCE, NATO, CIS parliamentary assemblies and other influential international structures.
Wish you and you families well-being, peace, new achievements and considerable results for the future of Ukraine.
