The Law improves the procedure of implementing the ban on gambling in Ukraine in part of the obligations of the police.
The Law presents the following version of clause 3 of the Law "On the Prohibition of Gambling in Ukraine": "Financial penalties envisaged by part on of this clause are imposed on the grounds of the court resolution passed on the claim of the police agencies and\or the revenue service bodies."
The Law supplements the Law "On the Police" with a provision, whereby the police agencies shall support implementation of the Law "On the Prohibition of Gambling in Ukraine."
The Law supplements the Criminal Code of Ukraine with clause 2032 (Performance of Activity prohibited by the Law "On the Prohibition of Gambling in Ukraine"), whereby gambling is punished by the fine in the total of ten-fifty thousand tax-free allowances.
