Under the bill (Reg. No.7171), the artistic unions, whose lease agreement for premises in the state or public ownership has terminated, have the priority right over other individuals or legal entities to conclude the lease agreements for this property, provided the contractual obligations have been properly fulfilled, and artistic activity without the right to lease out the premises was conducted.
