The Law supplements clause 1 of the Law "On Telecommunications" with the definition of the term "cable duct-work of telecommunications", and adds sub-item 3 to part 2 of clause 66, whereby the tariffs for the lease of cable duct-work of telecommunications are subject to state regulation by means of limitation or fixed rates. Adoption of the bill will enhance the regulatory principles of activity in the sector of telecommunications.
