The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted the Bill on Amendments to the Law "On Licensing System in the Economic Sector" (re Re-Registration, Cancellation of Licenses, and Issue of the Duplicates)

The bill (Reg. No. 7176) states that public administrators in the licensing centers shall issue, re-register or cancel the licenses.

 

Under the bill, "a licensing center is a working body of a respective city council of a city with a regional and\or republican of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea status (its executive body), district and district-in-the-city of Kyiv and Sevastopol administrations, Kyiv and Sevastopol city state administrations, that issues the licenses (re-register, terminate or issue their copies) by the principle of the organization unity." Under the bill, "a principle of the organization unity is the principle, whereby the economic entities obtain a license (re-register, terminate or obtain its copy) under the legislative from the public administrator procedure in the licensing center by means of interacting with the representatives of the local licensing bodies."
