The Committee on Finance and Banking recommends the Parliament to adopt the Bill on Amendments to the Laws "On Economic Associations" and "On Securities and the Stock Market" regarding Disclosure of Information in the Stock Market

Опис : C:\Documents and Settings\Имя\Рабочий стол\3.jpgThe bill (Reg. No. 7106) specifies the provisions on the disclosure of information about the issuer of securities, and streamlines registration of the offering memorandum, presenting the basic offering memorandum.

 

The amendments to the Law "On Securities and the Stock Market" concern the right of the issuer of securities (except of equity securities) to register the offering memorandum. It will alleviate the procedure of the offering memorandum registration, in case the issuer plans to issue non-equity securities in the future. Having registered the basic offering memorandum covering the information about the issuer and other unchangeable data, the issuer submits the offering memorandum for further issue of securities that presents the information about the securities planned for issue, and the data not included into the basic offering memorandum.
