In the meeting took part First Deputy Minister of Finance Kopylov V.A., First Deputy Head of the State Tax Administration Zaharchenko V.Yu, Deputy Head of the State Tax Administration of Ukraine Lekar S.I., members of the Public Collegium under the Committee, representatives of subject business associations and scientists.
The mentioned issue of special significance since "it is necessary to prepare the state structures to the implementation of the Code´s Norms", V. Khomutynnik, Chairman of the Committee is convinced.
During the sitting the participants discussed that the Committee "can not only accumulate information of the executive power bodies but shall also cooperate with the supervising bodies and tax payers."
According to V. Khomutynnik, "we would face even more responsible work than in the course of the Tax Code drafting. We shall exert efforts to form the conditions of civilized its adoption, thus we must use all the instruments suggested by the Law "On the Committees of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine."
Representatives of the Ministries on Finance, State Tax Service informed the participants on the preparations of bylaws necessary for the Code´s implementation and all the measures that have been already taken, training of the supervising bodies officers, state tax inspectorates and also methodological, educational and elucidating work with tax payers.
In the course of the discussion the specific propositions to intensify the Committee´s wok in this direction have been suggested. The special attention was paid to the elucidating work, necessary trainings, seminars and other forks of Tax Code explaining for the tax payers.
