The bill (Reg. No. 7066) amends clause 15 of the Law "On Traffic" to exclude the ticket to the driving license from the list of documents certifying the right to drive the vehicles of particular category.
The bill also amends the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Infringements to strengthen the traffic safety.
