The Law refers to the cases in disputes on consumer rights, namely, those of bank (credit union) services as such that can not be subject to the courts of arbitration.
Upon enactment of the Law, the courts of arbitration terminate consideration of cases in disputes on consumer rights, namely, those of bank (credit union) services, that had been commenced before the date of enactment, and pass motivated resolutions.
