The Law specifies the terms of realization of the right of land owners and land users to produce fresh ground water for economic and household needs without special permits. Thus, this right will be granted, provided the productivity of ground water supply intake does not exceed 300 cu.m. a day and there is no referencing to the production depth.
Within six months since enactment of the Law, the Cabinet of Ministers shall develop and ratify the procedure of state registration of artesian wells, provide the tools of measurement of the drinking ground water produced, and establish governmental control over the observance of the Law.
