The Committee on Legislative Support of Law Enforcement recommends the Verkhovna Rada to adopt the Bill on Amendments to several Legislative Acts of Ukraine (re Administrative Responsibility for the Violation in the Sphere of State Registration)

No. 7254), submitted by the Cabinet of Ministers, specifies the order of storage of the registration cases of the legal entities and sole proprietors by the authorized officials, and the order of their postage in the cases determined by law. The bill establishes administrative responsibility for the violation of the established orders.  

 

The Committee members stated that the applicable law on the state registration failed to regulate the order of storage of the registration cases of the legal entities and sole proprietors by the authorized officials, and the order of their postage.

 

The Committee members support the bill, as its adoption will improve the legal regulation of the state registration of the economic entities, and reduce the number of administrative infringements in the sphere of state registration.
