The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted the Bill on Amendments to several Legislative Acts of Ukraine regarding the State Social Aid to the Low-Income Families and Persons with Disabilities

The bill (Reg. No.2159) amends the Laws "On the State Social Aid to the Low-Income Families", "On the State Ex Gratia Pension Payments", "On the State Social Aid to the Person Disabled from Childhood and Children with Disabilities."

 

The following persons entitled to state social aid are added to the respective list in the Law "On the State Social Aid to the Low-Income Families":

 

a)     Full time students of the higher education establishments of I-IV accreditation grades and vocational-technical educational establishments who are 23 years and have no family of their own irrespective of the place of residence or registration;

 

b)    A spouse living as one family, not married but having common children (clause 4).
