The bill (Reg.
No.7328)
enhances "realization of the state ownership right in the
public
economic sector through the
system of
organisational-economic means and
authorities regulating land relations in the premises of state
enterprises, economic entities with the
state shares, objects of uncompleted
construction or temporarily abandoned objects."
Pursuant to the bill, the bodies in charge of state privatization sale the land plots in the state ownership where objects alienated from the state property are located without plots they occupied.
The Committee members believe that adoption of the bill will increase effectiveness of privatization, strengthen authority of the state bodies, and raise the state budget revenue from the sale of the state property together with the land plots and land plots where preliminary sold objects are located.
