The Committee on Science and Education recommends the Parliament to adopt several Resolutions

The Committee members scrutinized
the draft resolution on awarding The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine prizes to the
most talented young scholars in the sphere of fundamental and applied research,
and development projects for
2010 (Reg.
No. 7417), and the draft resolution on awarding
The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine scholarships to the most talented young scholars
in 2011 (Reg. No.
7416).
People´s Deputy Kateryna Samoilyk presented the conclusion of the contest committee of The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine in charge of awarding the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine prizes for 2010, and awarding The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine scholarships to the most talented young scholars in 2011.
The draft resolution No.7416 establishes 15 scholarships of The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine in the amount of UAH 2 thousand to be paid monthly to the most talented young scholars in 2011.
The Committee members recommend The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine to adopt the draft resolutions as a basis and in entirety.
