The Law sets up a 10-per-cent quota for the founders of the youth and children organizations for the persons whose age exceeds 35 and 18 years respectively, and commissions the public authority and local self-government bodies to harmonize their resolutions with the youth and children public associations, while scrutinizing the programs related to the youth and children.
The public authorities and the local self-government bodies that initiated development of the state target program place the concepts of the state target programs on children and youth on their official websites, and consider the motions submitted by the youth and children public associations.
