Committee on Environmental Policy, Use of Natural Resources and Elimination of Consequences of Chornobyl Disaster recommends the Parliament to adopt as a Basis the Bill on Amendments to the Law "On Insurance Fund of Documentation of Ukraine" (regarding Harmonization of the Ukrainian Laws with Terminology)

The bill (Reg. No7309) envisages specification of the terminology that is used in the Law "On Insurance Fund of Documentation of Ukraine", order of the licenses issuing on the produce of the documents of the insurance fund and peculiarities of the state control (supervision) for the legislation requirements following in the sphere of the formation and registration of the insurance find of the documentation.

 

The bill, envisages that the production of documents of insurance fund is performed on the basis of license that is issued on free of charge basis by the State Department of the Insurance Documentation Fund.  Redrafting, issuing of the duplicate or annulment of the license is free of charge. Term of an issuing of a license or sending of the written notification on rejection comprises 10 days and term of its efficiency 5 days from the moment of signing.

 

Adoption of the bill, according to the Committee members would eliminate exiting discrepancies between the Laws "On Licensing System in the Sphere of Economic Activity" and "On State Control (Supervision) in the Sphere of Economic Activity", delimits the authorities and functions of the central and local executive power bodies, business entities in the sphere of the insurance documentation fund.
