"It is with deep sorrow that the People´s Deputies of Ukraine have learned of the numerous casualties in the result of a terrible tragedy a massive forest fire near Haifa", the telegram reads.
On behalf of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine and on his own behalf, Volodymyr Lytvyn conveyed sincere condolences to the bereaved families and wished rapid recovery to the injured.
