Volodymyr Lytvyn, Chairman of The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, expects that remarks of the President of Ukraine to the Tax Code will be considered on Thursday. The Head of the Parliament made this statement, asked about the veto imposed on the Tax Code by the President of Ukraine. "I am not in favour of estimating the very fact of veto, as such a resolution has already been adopted," he stated. "Now, implications of this resolution for politics, economy, social sector and human resources should be considered. It is a matter of time."
V.Lytvyn admitted that there is no time for the lasting discussions due to the disrupted budgetary process. He deems necessary to revise the chapter on the administration of taxes, and other debatable chapters.
