Volodymyr Lytvyn, Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, deems the Last Date for the Adoption of the State Budget for the Next Year December 24 of the Current Year.
It was declared by V. Lytvyn in the course of the conversation with the journalists in Seoul city.
According to the Chairman of the Ukrainian Parliament, the Deputies should clarify the positions regarding revenue and supply of the budget, inflation rate and budgeted deficit during the last two plenary weeks in the current year.
Asked by the journalist regarding the demands of certain political powers to include in the budget for the next year expenses on the conduction of parliamentary elections in 2011, V. Lytvyn stated; "One may demand anything, but if there is no election, the issue is out of the enquiry"
The Head of the Verkhovna Rada repeatedly made the point that it is necessary to change the election system. "If one makes a symbolic inference that there are elections in next year, then there are would be no adoption of constructive resolutions and the State Budget in particular since everyone would like to win the voter´s sympathy"
On 5-10 December, Volodymyr Lytvyn, Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, stays with an official visit in the Socialist Republic of Vietnam and the Republic of Korea.
